The Riddler Restaurant Dublin is a cafe and restaurant built on nostalgia for Bia Bhaile – our Irish childhood and the food our mam’s cooked us.
These dishes may not have been the tastiest, but they were cooked out of love.
The Riddler takes the foods we had as a kid and re-imagines them, adding a twist, a seasonal ingredient to give a fresh taste to a sweet memory.
With a fitting name, the eatery’s walls are covered in riddles and references to Irish cultural icons like BANG BANG.
Using Johnny Forty Coats roast by Two Spots coffee, they pay tribute to another Dublin character and give us one deadly cup of coffee.
The Riddler provides a slightly whimsical space, serves modern Irish food, and delivers an experience.
